It is a product of thoughts you create. Danger is very real. But fear is a choice.

We cannot allow fear to take over our lives. Fear lives in the mind...  You need to take control and keep trying. Living in fear will make you miss out on life. I know that life has it's challenges but you need to take the challenge on and just keep trying.I think some of us live in fear because we worry too much about what the next person will say, but that is not LIVING. From a very young age I have been wanting to help the Nation in any way I can, fear was always in the way- I worried of what people will think of me, will they laugh at me because they see me as a normal human being and who gives me the right to try and make this World a better place. But now that I am older and wiser I come to realize that I cannot be worrying about what "they" think of me. Whatever contribution I can make to the Nation I will try to do to the best of my ability. It is not much but at least I am trying. It can also take effect when you're faced with non-dangerous events; like exams, public speaking, a new job, a date, or even a party. I would go to functions and find a corner and just speak when spoken to, but now I have more confidence, I still have a bit of shyness in me, but I can now mingle- because FEAR will never control me.
It is a natural response to a threat that can be either perceived or real. We become overwhelmed by fear and then try by all means to avoid the situation. How does fear feel: you feel anxious, scared, your heart beats very fast, you sweat a lot, your muscles feel tense. You just adding to stress and sometimes it is not as bad as you think- when you finally get through that fear you are like that was not so bad.

Fear and anxiety can affect all of us every now and then. I think that if you cannot help yourself but just feel the fear, you need to try speaking to a professional for mental health. It's a good idea to seek professional help because fear cannot take over your life. It does not mean that if you see a professional; you are crazy. You taking a step in your life to make your life a happy journey to be on.

“God, You are my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? You are the strength of my life, of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked come against me to eat up my flesh, my enemies and foes, they stumbled and fell. Though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear!” Psalm 27:1-3 💗

Gossip Dies when it hits a wise person's ears

I always worried about what people said, I was always insecure. I think I started feeling like this from a very early age. In high school it was even worse. Lot's of girl's in school never liked me, so I always had a wall built up. I was gossiped about so many times. I will never forget the day I found out I was pregnant, I was still in school, I confided in a close friend- I should of never have done that because before I knew it, it was out. I was laughed at, I was mocked at and I believe that a lot of those people including some family members thought I will not make anything of myself because I "RUINED" my life.. I showed all of them that nothing will bring me down and up till this day I keep on shining no matter what life throws at me. Even me not been married at my age get's talked about- mainly by woman who are married. I have no clue why some married woman feel the need to look down on us single woman (we not interested in stealing your man, so what then.…

Never take a good woman for granted.....

Never take a good woman for granted...
Men are quicker to move on, but usually live in regret. Woman usually take nonsense on; repeatedly and never think they are able to leave but once they do they go for good. When a woman says Enough is Enough, she will never change her mind. We are forgiving and patient. We are forgiving up to a certain extent. Never taker "her" patience for granted (once she is tired there is no way she will turn back). We take on a lot of terrible treatment from our people before we can actually stand on our feet and say this is ENOUGH.

A woman's tolerance can only go up to a certain extent. Some of us woman do not want to bear the embarrassment from family and friends for telling them our struggles. We do not want people to tell us when the time is right to leave. We will reach that stage on our own and know when the time is right. Men have to constantly stay on top of their game to make sure she is the Queen in their lives and she does get treated…

What was my biggest challenge for having my own business..

What was my biggest challenge for having my own business..
My biggest challenge for wanting to have my own business was having an unsupportive partner, having a full time job and been a mother of 3…
In 2018 I needed to take charge of my life again, one step at a time..
1st was letting go of my partner, then I finally started doing things that I loved, like starting my small business- selling cars, also selling a weight loss product and then also starting my blog… it was still challenging for me to juggle everything because my full time job took most of my time, coming home and been attentive to my kids was important to me but I had to also make sure to make extra cash so that they are always comfortable.
Beginning of 2019 I was approached by one of my dear friends Dominic Carrim about an exciting opportunity…
She told me about it and I was hesitant and told her that I heard about Nuskin and I am not really interested (she was persistent and told me Chantal I know this is for you ;take…
