I am not one for following Fashion. I go by my own rules and I wear what I feel comfortable in..
Fashion is about expressing your identity, showing someone who you are through your fashion choices and using your clothes to tell someone something about you. Or at least it is for me- I suppose for some people clothing is just about comfort or utility but for me it's about expressing myself. Fashion by definition means anything that's in trend or is popular at the moment. According to me, fashion is about expressing your identity by the way you dress or carry yourself. People can dress up, dress down, wear jeans, dresses, or any type of clothing that allows them to share their individuality. ... “I think fashion defines a person because it can mainly express an individual's personality or attitude.
It is amazing how clothing can make your feel..Dress better to feel better. Dressing well can improve confidence. Dressing in clean and tidy clothes that fit well and show off personality is one of the top ways to increase confidence and self-esteem.
Clothing can be so expensive to purchase, but there are so many ways of mixing and matching and you will still look like a million dollars . I always say a woman should make sure to have these things in her wardrobe, leather jacket ( you can wear it up or down), pair of blue jeans (this also can be warn up or down), white shirt or blouse is a must ( can be warn for interviews, funerals or the office etc). Also you must have an eye for colour, you must be able to match your colours ( I have fun with colours now a days, I was never one for so much color in my wardrobe, I loved my black or white, but what I have noticed is that "Colour" puts me in a good mood😃 (funny but it's true for me).
Wear what you feel comfortable in, you are not dressing for anyone but YOU...
YOUR STYLE DEFINES YOU💓
“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
Interesting: ....In 1822 Albert Thurston invented suspenders (known in Britain as braces). In the early 19th century women wore light dresses. In the 1830s they had puffed sleeves. In the 1850s they wore frames of whalebone or steel wire called crinolines under their skirts..
